House rules
Dear holiday guests!
Our holiday flat should be a second home to you. You should feel at home and be able to relax.
We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay.
We have also listed some rules which we hope you will understand. By treating the flat properly, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future. General If you are missing anything in the furnishings or if you need help, please contact us with confidence.
All items in or belonging to the holiday flat or on the balcony may and should be used by the guests. Please take care of all the furnishings and fixtures and treat the rental property with care.
Please ensure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions.
Kitchen
Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. As nobody likes a dirty kitchen, please only put crockery, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base when cutting. The kitchen splashbacks may only be cleaned with the yellow, soft, flat sponges to prevent scratches. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition. Damage Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred so that we do not only discover it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs. We recommend liability insurance.
Ventilate
To prevent mould growth, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least twice a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering and cooking.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions.
The front door should always be closed and the flat door locked with a key when leaving the flat.
All windows must also be closed when leaving the flat (tilt position is permitted, however) in order to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary.
Please always check that the awning on the balcony is rolled up before leaving the flat.
Water and electricity resources must be used sparingly.
Waste disposal
Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please only use rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with bin liners and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or showers!
Avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).
Cleaning
Should a mishap occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
We ask you to leave the holiday flat swept clean on departure and to put all used crockery back in the cupboards.
Rest periods
In the interests of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as midday, night and Sunday rest.
Out of consideration, quiet should also be maintained in the holiday flat itself between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.
Internet/WLAN
A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available in the holiday flat. Please ask us for the access code.
The use of the internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the Internet. When using the Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. Please understand, however, that we (must) secure ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.
Printer
We are happy to provide a WLAN printer, especially for our business travellers. To do this, you need the "Epson Smart Panel" app on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. You can then easily print your documents.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat.
Please leave the holiday apartment/apartment building to smoke or use the balcony. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette remains in the waste bin.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Darts
We offer our guests an electronic dartboard. To avoid making too much noise for our neighbours, please only play darts outside quiet hours.
In addition, please always close the acoustic curtain in the corridor.
Parking facilities
Please only park on the street in front of the residential building "Am Pfingstanger 22". These spaces are free of charge. The car parks next to the buildings are reserved for the owners of the flats.
The Rental Firm is not liable for loss of or damage to parked or manoeuvred motor vehicles and their contents.
Domestic authority
If repairs are required immediately, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday flat without the guest's knowledge. However, we always give prior notice by telephone if possible.
key
Please never give the keys out of your hand. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s).
Arrival and departure
Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the holiday flat by 11 am at the latest. The holiday flat should be swept clean on your departure. This means that the rubbish has been disposed of and the dishwasher has been put away and started.
Forgotten things
Should we or you realise that you have forgotten something in the holiday flat, we will be happy to send these items to your home. Please understand that we charge a service fee of €20 for time, travelling and postage costs.
By booking the holiday flat, we assume that the house rules are recognised. Thank you for your attention. We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation.
